Returns & Exchanges

At MISSION Boat Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn apparel with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
